Smooth integration with Microsoft tools
We have been using Dynamics 365 CRM for close to a year, and the best part is how seamlessly it integrates with Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Our sales and service teams don’t have to jump between multiple tools anymore. The AI suggestions help our reps prioritize deals, and the automation through Power Automate has cut down repetitive tasks. It feels like an extension of the tools we already use every day.
Flexible CRM with powerful analytics
We adopted Dynamics 365 CRM around 6 months ago, and it has been very helpful in managing both our sales pipeline and customer service. The Power BI integration gives us detailed analytics, and the omnichannel service feature has improved how quickly we respond to customers. What I like is that the apps are modular, so we only pay for what we really use
