To mark attendance in Keka go to Attendance Section. In the attendance section go to My Time. Then click on Attendance and view 'Web Clock-in' option under 'Actions' section to and click on the desired button to mark attendance.

To enable payroll for an employee in Keka go to Operations tab, then go to Payroll Status. In the Tax Regime & Financial Details section select Payroll Status. Select the relevant Pay Group if you have more than one pay group configured. Now choose the employees and select Enable payroll to make changes.

To insert data in Keka attendance system go to My Time. Then go to Attendance and view Work from Home option under Actions section. Lastly fill out the note and insert data.

Keka's GPS attendance system allows users to mark their attendance from any device, including the employees who work in the office or on-site or both. The system also has an inbuilt touch ID and passcode; that enables users for device authentication as well.

To download attendance in Keka software go to Time & Attendance. Under Time & Attendance find Leaves Reports. Lastly, download the data.
