Having CRM, desk, campaigns, and analytics in one bundle makes collaboration between sales, marketing, and support much smoother. Zia AI suggestions help our reps prioritize leads, and the omnichannel communication ensures we don’t miss out on customer interactions. It really feels like a connected ecosystem

5 Great value with complete visibility

We’ve been on Zoho CRM Plus for about 10 months, and the value it provides is excellent. The built-in analytics give us clear dashboards, while the help desk and campaigns integration keep customer interactions organized. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to competitors, which makes it ideal for growing businesses like ours

Pros: Before Zoho, we lacked centralized data and had to rely on multiple tools. Now, with CRM Plus, everything from sales to service to marketing is integrated, giving us complete visibility into customer journeys
